

Sports Graduate Teaching Assistant

We're working with primary, secondary, SEND, and SEMH schools across Bristol looking for energetic and enthusiastic Sports Graduates to join their teams as Teaching Assistants.
This is a brilliant opportunity to gain hands-on experience in education, develop valuable transferable skills, and make a genuine difference in young people's lives.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting pupils in the classroom and around school
- Working one-to-one and in small groups to boost confidence and engagement
- Helping pupils stay focused and motivated throughout the school day
- Using your coaching skills to build positive relationships and encourage participation
- Supporting physical activities, sports sessions, and wellbeing initiatives
- Assisting teachers in creating a positive learning environment
This role could be perfect if you:
- Have recently graduated with a Sports, Coaching, Physical Education, or related degree
- Have experience coaching, mentoring, or working with young people
- Are confident, approachable, and a positive role model
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Are considering a future career in teaching, educational psychology, youth work, or SEND support

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
